I hate managing employees
So ever 5-6 months, one or more of my employees leave without giving any notice. This leads to a huge drop in work productivity and hiring new ones always takes time and sometimes doesn’t work out. Now it has happened so many times that I’m just fed up. I hate managing employees. I wanna do something which earns me a lot of money but I don’t have to deal with employees.
On the romance side, things have been better. I went to a hotel with a girl (M) I’ve been seeing (no titles yet), and it was super fun. Going again next weekend. But I thought I would be very happy once I achieved this, turns out it’s just like any other achievement in life and the happiness drops to normal after some time. Maybe I’ll achieve this once I get together with a girl I actually love? Who knows. Also for the past couple of days I’m feeling sad thinking of what things could have been if I had been with my ex (AB).
On the career side, I’ve been a wreck recently. Having 0 motivation to write a single line of code. Don’t know why. Even now I’m writing this because I didn’t wanna do actual work. Something’s wrong with me and I need to fix it. Only 344 days left in an year.
On the health side, I injured my hand so haven’t been to the gym in over a week. Will go today. :(
